Directions for use
1. Before use, it is necessary to read the operation manual carefully and be familiar with the performance characteristics and operation methods of the machine.
2. Before starting the machine, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out. All fasteners shall not be loose, handle shall rotate flexibly, and the pulley shall be turned by hand.
3. Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise (counterclockwise rotation of the adjusting handle will narrow the pie gap, and clockwise rotation of the adjusting handle will widen the pie gap) so that the cone of the pressed screw will be close to the cone of the pie circle, and then turn the adjusting screw clockwise (turn out 3-5 times), then tighten the nut and get ready to start the machine.
4. The machine is connected to the three-phase four-wire power supply. After the power is switched on, the spindle shall rotate counterclockwise.
5. Adjust the temperature controller (2) to squeeze the required temperature 120 ℃, 180 ℃ (according to oil) heat heating switch to open to the host location, and the machine heating temperature, the temperature controller of green light, red light on the stub out, when the temperature rise of the machine to set the temperature, and the red light green light, the temperature of the machine is a automatic control and maintain the set temperature, winter low temperature, the heating switch open to host all heating position, make the oil pan temperature, easy oil left.
6. Press the button of the main motor (turn the host switch to the positive position) to start the main motor. The rotation direction should be counterclockwise.
7. After installation of the new oil press, grind it for 4-8 hours. The method is to feed the cake material with dried oil slowly from the hopper and press it again and again to make the pressing chamber polished. If the feeding is too heavy, abnormal noise occurs in the chamber or the screw shaft is stuck, stop immediately to eliminate the obstruction, or restart the grinding after reassembling, do not force the trailer.
8. When normal oil extraction, must keep the feed uniform, do not too much or too little or break the idle. At this point the machine load normal, smooth operation, sound rhythm. There is little oil residue in the high pressure section, but the proportion of the residue in the oil is not more than 10%. The temperature in the pressing chamber can reach 120℃ -- 180℃. The smoke from the cake outlet should be discharged from the smoking pipe through the shield. Pressing hot cakes to spread out in a timely manner, do not rush to pile or shipping, otherwise it will produce a natural phenomenon. When the continuous working time is long and the machine temperature is too high, cooling measures such as electric fan and blower should be taken.
9. When the squeezing out of oil into the oil filter, press the pump button, vacuum pump to run, was out of air inside the filter, oil filter formed in the barrels of internal pressure, the oil filter, oil naturally pumps and diesel quarantined on filter cloth, to squeeze the end, after the oil is pumped, open the valve on the oil filter, stop the pump running, dry slag is formed on the filter cloth, with a scraper scrape, can put the oil filter out the pure oil bottom valve.
10. Downtime. Stop feeding before stopping, and then put in a small amount of cake crumbs, and wait for the rest of the material in the pressing chamber to be discharged, the cake outlet no longer out of the cake can stop. After the stop, the adjusting screw will rotate clockwise 1-3 times, and then disconnect the power supply.
